There is an enemy in Xenoblade Chronicles called the Wallslide Gwynry, which can be found in the Mag Mell Ruins of Tephra Cave.

“Gwynry” has similarities to Cymraeg, with gwyn being the Welsh word for “white, fair, blessed”.

One of the collectables found at Colony 6 is the Dobercorgi, an animal whose name is a combination of two dogs: the Dobermann and the Welsh Corgi.
