As a prequel to the online game Mabinogi, and released under the name Mabinogi Heroes in South Korea, Vindictus has a few Welsh references, just as the first game in the franchise does, loosely basing its lore around Welsh and Celtic mythology.
Annwyn is a location in Vindictus, referencing the mythological Welsh Otherworld of the same name (sometimes spelled “Annwn”, among other ways).
Some character names are Welsh or Welsh inspired, including:
Brynn, Gwynn, Blawynn, Caryl, Esyllt, Lynn, Eira.
The player can acquire a pet dog, with one of those being a Welsh Corgi, which originated in Wales.
