The area surrounding Nemeton Monastery in Aberystwyth is once again returned to.

Wales’ capital city, Cardiff, is mentioned in text dialogue, and the player travels through the “Rhondda Mine”, referencing the real coal mines of Rhondda, in order to reach the Nemeton Monastery area.

A water elemental enemy called Morgan appears in the game. In Welsh mythology, morgans (or morgens) were water spirits that lured young men and drowned them.

Galahad’s Sword is one of the weapons that can be obtained for Karin. This references Sir Galahad, the Knight of the Round Table, from French depictions of Arthurian legend. Galahad’s name may derive from the Welsh name Gwalchaved, meaning “Falcon of Summer”.
