Arianrhod is one of the characters that appears in Memento Mori.

Her name derives from the mythical figure in the Welsh Mabinogion tale Math fab Mathonwy.

Arianrhod has also been recognised as a goddess of the moon, time and rebirth, perhaps derived from her appearance in the Fourth Branch of the Mabinogi.

The character Merlyn references the Welsh bard Myrddin Wyllt, alternatively known as Merlin in Arthurian tales.

Morgana’s name is Welsh in origin, alluding to the Arthurian character of Welsh myths, known as Morgen or Morgan.

Part of Lunalynn’s name is Welsh. Lynn can be said to derive from the Welsh word llyn, meaning “lake, pond, pool”.
