In the Hidden Gems Tour download content for Bus Bound, a collectable postcard can be found that is written in Cymraeg, the Welsh language, as well as Tehuelche, the language of the native Chubut people of Patagonia. The postcard is written by Rhiannon and Dora, two pen pals from Wales and Patagonia, respectively, that came to visit Emberville together.

The PC version of Bus Bound features Welsh language interface, subtitle and audio options, allowing players to play with Welsh text and voices.
